Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Be unused and uninstalled.

• Be in its original condition and packaging.

• Include all accessories and documentation provided.

• Be accompanied by proof of purchase or your order number.

Damaged, Incorrect or Defective Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If you receive:

• A damaged item

• A defective product

• An incorrect item

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the issue. We will work quickly to resolve the problem by offering a replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, the following items cannot be returned:

• Installed or partially installed PPF kits.

• Products that have been trimmed, modified, or altered.

• Custom-made or special-order PPF kits.

• Clearance or sale items.

• Gift cards.

Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong product, the quickest way to receive the correct item is to return the unused product (if eligible) and place a new order once your return has been approved.

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason.

Returned products must be unused, uninstalled, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds
